Tennessee Democrat Ridicules Special Olympics for Political Purposes
Care to see how low the Democrats have sunk? The people at the Traditional Values Coalition (TraditionalValues.org.) have broken a story that will break your heart or make your blood boil, perhaps both.
It appears that Tennessee State Representative Craig Fitzhugh has allowed his campaign office to distribute anti-Bush posters that belittle and make fun of Special Olympics children. This filthy, lowball, and unscrupulous use of another person's disabilities to take down your opponent is the worst I have ever seen.
I don't even know what else to say; I am at such a loss for words. However, if you are reading this and you have a blog, I encourage you to cross post. Feel free to copy my post word for word and paste it on your own blog (with a link back to The Doggy Diaries, please). We need to let as many people as possible see this.
I wonder how much lower the Democratic Party will sink. First they were vandalizing people's personal property, then vandalizing Republican campaign headquarters, issuing death threats, and now they are insulting, mocking, and ridiculing disabled and mentally retarded children. Have they no heart whatsoever?

One night a bunch of Bush/Cheney signs were vandalized or stolen. The following night the Kerry/Edwards ones were shredded on lawns. All I can say is I will be glad when this election is over.
