Spreading the Word

Calling all bloggers --

Do you oppose illegal immigration? If so, the Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) could use your help. ALIPAC was "formed to address the disparity between the public's desire for more control of illegal immigration and the actions of lawmakers."

I wholeheartedly support the work of ALIPAC and will be linking to them in my new “Immigration” blogroll on the right side of each page. ALIPAC is looking to increase their site's traffic and visibility by increasing incoming hyperlinks. If you oppose illegal immigration, support legal immigration, and would like to see our country enforce it's immigration laws, I encourage you to visit ALIPAC and read up on some of their work. Then, if you are so inclined, please add a link to ALIPAC on your blog.

Folks, the illegal immigration problem is out of control. Clearly, our elected officials are doing nothing to control the tidal wave of illegal aliens sweeping over our borders every day. It is time for the people to take matters into their own hands. I honestly believe that immigration reform will only come about through intense grassroots efforts. We can start by increasing awareness of the issue and educating people as to the real extent of the illegal immigration problem. That's where linking to websites such as ALIPAC comes into play. Whether you're a native born American or a legal immigrant to the U.S., controlling the flood of illegal immigrants into this country should be of paramount importance to you.

Hat tip and big thanks go out to Tall Glass of Milk over at the Drink this ... blog for the post Legalizing this ...

I'm a first time visitor via tallglassofmilk. I've got blog envy from the way you cover the illegal issue. We have to address this if we don't want to end up a Third World slum our-selves.
