Border Patrol Agents Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for Doing Their Job!
You're not going to believe this one. It's too strange even in light of our crazy, mixed up, politically correct society. In fact, it's so strange, I would only expect something like this to show up on The Twilight Zone or in some piece of fiction. Nevertheless, it's happened. Two U.S. Border Patrol agents have been found guilty of *gasp* actually doing their jobs! They apprehended an illegal alien drug smuggler at our border, and as a result of doing what they were hired to do and are paid to do, they now face prison terms of upwards of 20 years!
Even more outrageous, this piece of shit illegal alien bastard (hey, it's my blog, and I'll curse if I want to) is suing the U.S. for $5 million for violating his civil rights! (As if he has any civil rights in this country to begin with ... he's not even an American citizen or legal immigrant!)
This is absolutely outrageous. The John and Ken show on KFI AM 640 in Los Angeles have been talking up a storm about this story. I just learned that Grassfire.org is gathering electronic signatures for a petition calling for the President to pardon these two Border Patrol agents. I signed the petition earlier this afternoon and invite, nay, I encourage you to do the same.
Grassfire has the entire story available for you to review, and after reading, you can sign the petition.
For those who decide to sign the petition, you might think that you need to donate money in order to submit your petition signature. This is not so. The site is a bit confusing, but unless you want to make a donation, just read carefully and follow the proper steps to send a basic petition signature.

Posted by: DirtCrashr on August 22, 2006 09:14 AMThanks, Bruce and DirtCrashr, for supporting this effort. I am sickened by what's happening to these two men and am glad to see you are, too.
